Let us help you walk easier, move further, do more. Pain shouldn’t be a part of your daily life or part of “old age”. It shouldn’t restrict you or make daily tasks difficult. It should never limit your ability to live life to the fullest.

We want you to go about your everyday life with ease, confidence and a quality physio team supporting you every step of the way.

So you don’t have to come to us, we can come to you, to create a professional, safe and private environment in a place where you feel comfortable, whether that’s your home, your office, senior care residence, or our physio clinic in Chilliwack.
We’re dedicated problem-solvers, devoted to better outcomes for our clients.
Our goal is to help you live as pain-free as possible, but also to bring you back to a life where you can live, work and play with confidence.
|why we’re different|
We found that many clients can’t access physical rehabilitation services just because they live in remote areas, have mobility restrictions that make it difficult to travel or simply can’t make it into an office to seek treatment.
OUR GOAL WAS TO BECOME A DIFFERENT PHYSIO PROVIDER…
That’s how Rebalance Rehab was born.
We knew there had to be a more inclusive and holistic way to help people recover from injury or to manage physical conditions that can lead to a lesser quality of life. We wanted to make our services accessible by offering mobile in-home physiotherapy, along with community workshops, seminars and telehealth services.
And for those who prefer in-clinic treatment, we also offer the same holistic, comprehensive care that our clients have come to appreciate, but in a brand-new, state-of-the-art space located in Chilliwack, BC, which features all the latest equipment, plenty of room for individual exercises and access to a Pilates reformer.
We also offer various Pilates classes at our clinic location and a cutting-edge rehabilitation program guided by certified STOTT Pilates-trained instructors. Rebalance Rehab offers flexible physio services, that adapt to your individual needs…
We not only specialise in rehabilitation consultation, physical assessments and eldercare, we focus on delivering high-quality physiotherapy wherever clients feel comfortable: their home, office or long-term care facility. And we focus on providing not just short-term pain relief, but lasting solutions and meaningful outcomes that allow you to remain active throughout your life.
We want you to believe in your body once more. To know that you have the tools necessary to maintain an active lifestyle at any age.
And our Rebalance Rehab team is specially trained to assist people recovering from injuries, as well as seniors, boomers and First Nations community members. Our staff are professionals who are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies, have undergone a criminal record check and are committed to improving the lives of those they work with.
Our mission is to offer the “gold standard” in care providers, with a team of extremely experienced members, with different yet complementary strengths. We will partner with your doctor, or healthcare team, to build an activity plan that is safe, achievable and best suited to your needs.
We also offer:

|our history in
Rebalance Rehab may have started small, but we’ve grown at an unprecedented rate because of our outstanding customer service, our attention to detail and our commitment to quality programs and professional mobile physio services.
Our history in the community is evidence of that. Over 20 years, our team members have built a solid reputation as leading service providers of clinic-based physiotherapy and various treatment modalities. This includes physical assessments, manual therapy, exercise prescription and vocational services delivery. Rebalance Rehab is also a proud Home Health Member of the BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA).
We also engage local community members and organizations by reaching out to them through online forums, health and wellness educational series, and physical literacy programs in schools. We frequently partner with nursing teams, senior health program coordinators, doctors and other allied healthcare associations, to promote health and wellness education, encourage activity and to educate about injury prevention.
We have a long history of partnering with local First Nation communities. We’ve developed and implemented many health and wellness strategies for their members. We now provide services to many different First Nation communities, with practitioners who have completed the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety course. Rebalance Rehab also currently offers physiotherapy and allied health services to four long-term care facilities in the District of Kent and Chilliwack.
We even provide rehabilitation support to a convalescent care program funded by Fraser Health, developed for those requiring a rehabilitation period following their hospital stay and prior to a discharge home.
Our team members are experienced speakers, providing education on alternatives to opioid use, fall risk management and staying fit with limited mobility, among many other subjects related to physical fitness, optimizing physical function and occupational safety.
We are also very excited to bring you an innovative, movement-based physical therapy approach taught by STOTT Clinical Pilates certified team-members, fitness instructors and physiotherapists.
At Rebalance Rehab, we make it our goal to maintain the highest quality of care, the utmost professionalism and a team that always places the focus on the client, their individual goals, and a solution-based approach that focuses on restoring movement and function to your everyday life.
