I have been active as a Registered Phyiotherapist for over 20 years, proudly serving the Chilliwack and Kent Districts since 1998. When first working in rural Ontario, I provided care to those in First Nation Communities and also provided hospital-based care. Subsequent to moving to British Columbia, I worked in a private-practice clinical setting, transitioning to providing care to those in a subacute rehabilitation setting as well as providing services to clients in their homes, including Assisted Living and Residential Care facilities. Experienced in manual therapy, I have expanded my clinical knowledge through holistic, exercise-based rehabilitation techniques such as Stott Pilates Rehabilitation training. With a focus on optimizing the mobility of seniors and others in the community with mobility restrictions, I am currently registered in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Senior’s health designation program.
I am passionate about helping those with mobility restrictions improve their quality of life through decreased pain, decreased risk of falls, optimized strength, balance and mobility!
