The GLA:D Back Program is an 8-week education and exercise program that’s helped people of all ages move more freely and manage their pain with confidence. 

 

The GLA:D Hip & Knee Program is a 6-week education + exercise program designed for people living with hip or knee osteoarthritis. And it works—backed by clinical evidence, guided by experts, and proven to reduce pain, improve function, and help delay or even avoid surgery.
